The Commission seeks to partner with a full-service digital communications agency that will work with us to produce compelling multi-media content on human rights. Although human rights underpins all of our work, this opportunity relates to two separate projects that the Commission is currently delivering to help meet our responsibilities: Human rights promotion and education strategy; and Good Business: Translating transparency, good governance and human rights into business practice. We are looking for a creative partner to bring our digital human rights content to life and be recognisable as the Commission's content following our brand guidelines. This could include video, animations, infographics and publication design work but we do not want agencies to be constrained by this and we are looking for ideas. Please note that the stated contract value is the upper limit.
