Tender description

The Council’s Housing Service is seeking a contractor to construct 23 new build residential dwellings at 23-28 Croft Green, Dunstable. The residential units are being built as housing for older people. In addition to the residential properties the construction works will include a communal lounge, day opportunities room, energy centre and landscaping works. The site has planning permission and the contract will take the form of the JCT Design and Build. Help and support - The Council will provide as much support and information as it can to help guide you through the Tender process.
