Appointment of Technical Advisors for an Offshore Wind Project

Tender description

The Green Investment Bank is considering a minority investment in an offshore wind farm currently in development (the “Transaction”). GIB is looking to appoint a Technical Advisor (“TA”) to conduct a detailed technical review to ascertain the technical feasibility and risk profile of the project and review the project schedule, key milestone dates and CAPEX contingency profile. Bidders should note that while GIB expects to commence due diligence promptly, there is a risk that its non-binding offer may be rejected or require further negotiation. Accordingly, there is a risk of delay in or, in extremis, cancellation of the assignment.
