Tender description

ESPO intends to establish a competitive framework for the supply of furnishing solutions for libraries and other public spaces. The framework will be separated into regional/lots Catalogue Orders will come direct from ESPO. These orders will be generated from the successful contractors featured pages in the ESPO catalogue. The orders will have no minimum order quantity. Delivery will be direct to the customer within the specified lead time. Project installations will be generated where an ESPO customer requires a Library installation or refurbishment. This type of order will require liaison directly with the customer by a dedicated project manager with regard to site visits, project proposals, quotations and CAD drawings. As a Central Purchasing Body as defined by the EU Procurement Directive 2014/24/EU, the Framework Agreement is open for use by the following classifications of user throughout all administrative regions of the UK: Local Authority Councils; Educational Establishments(including Academies); Central Government Departments and Agencies and Local Government Departments and Agencies; Police, Fire & Rescue and Coastguard Emergency Services; NHS and HSC Bodies, including Ambulance Services; Registered Charities; Registered Social Landlords; Any Public Body established by or under the Scotland Act 1998 or any Act of the Scottish Parliament.
