Single Supplier Framework to Supply an E-Sourcing System for Catapult Centres

Tender description

This tender exercise is a joint procurement initiative to procure an e-sourcing system suitable for managing procurement at every level (below and above OJEU threshold), for use by all current and any future Catapult Centres. This tender will establish a single supplier framework agreement of 4 (four) years duration and establish general terms of business and fixed prices for the provision of an e-sourcing system. This framework agreement will be available for use by any of the Catapult Centres, each of whom is able to call-off against the framework and enter into a specific contract with the appointed supplier. The services required include but are not limited to the following: • Provision of an e-sourcing system • Off-Premises Hosting of the e-sourcing system • Development of the e-sourcing system where required in order to meet the technical specification • User Licences • User Training • Technical support • Future developments, customisation, software update and/or amendments to the system
