Tender description
On-going user research is an integral component of GDS assessments that take place at the end of each phase and represents one of the 18 service standards that are assessed. Without input from service users and assurance that the DWP are meeting their requirements, digital projects will be terminated. User research is very much the lifeblood of each service in development and to fail this particular standard will result in the whole service failing.
