Tender description
The City of Wolverhampton Council is seeking to commission two, accessible adult weight management programmes, which will support overweight and obese adults to lose weight and learn how to maintain a healthier weight. This service will form an integral part of the local weight management care pathway. The agreement will consist of two separate lots compromising the following: Lot 1 – A Community Based Weight Management Programme, to be delivered within the Providers premises Lot 2 – An online Weight Management Programme
