Tender description

There are 338 Local Councils (Parish Councils and Town Councils) in the counties of Leicestershire and Rutland of which 125 currently receive website services under an existing framework agreement established by Leicestershire County Council in 2013. These have websites that provide details of a number of statutory services and also other local information and services. The current contract will come to an end in August 2016 and Leicestershire County Council is looking to replace this with a framework through which Parish and Town Councils can commission websites.
