Landscape Design & Architectural Building Design and Contract Supervision Services for the Restoration of West Smethwick Park

Tender description

Following a successful Round 1 Heritage Lottery Fund (HLF) grant, Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council is seeking to move forward to a Round 2 submission to HLF. The Council is seeking to appoint a multi-disciplinary professional design team that will work in partnership with the authority through the development stage to develop restoration proposals for West Smethwick Park, its historic features & produce designs for a new pavilion. The team will need to comprise landscape architectural & architectural design expertise together with all other associated disciplines necessary to take forward the development elements of the project. In addition we also require specialists in community consultation, engagement and green space management and development. The Council wishes to procure professional multi-disciplinary design services to design, and subject to a successful Round 2 award, supervise implementation of the restoration project. The Council are following the restricted procedure for this procurement and the PQQ and related documents will be available to Applicants upon an expression of interest on the Sandwell MBC In-tend Supplier Portal. In order to access the online Questionnaire and submit a response, you will be required to `Opt In`. All enquiries related to the PQQ should be directed through the Sandwell MBC In-tend Supplier Portal `Correspondence` function by no later than 17:00hrs on 11 December 2015. The Council is under no obligation to respond to any enquiries received after this date. PQQ`s must be submitted through the Sandwell MBC In-tend Supplier Portal by no later than 15:00hrs on 18 December 2015 which is the date fixed for submission of responses to the PQQ.
