ITT For the provision of Fire Fighting Equipment Servicing & Maintenance

Tender description

RBH has a number of properties/premises that fall within the auspices of the Fire Safety (Regulatory Reform) Act 2005, one of the requirements of which is the provision of 'fire fighting equipment'. The successful applicant will be responsible for the provision of the requisite fire fighting equipment as identified by our independent fire risk assessor. As part of the contract, in addition to the initial installation they will also be required to maintain and service all fire fighting equipment within our regulated premises as per the appropriate British Standards pertaining to said equipment. The successful applicant will also be required to provide a response facility to replace any faulty extinguishers or those that may have been used in the event of a fire within any of our regulated premises. The successful applicant will also provide all necessary documentation/certification in regard to the installation, servicing, maintenance and replacement of all RBH fire fighting equipment.
