Framework Agreement for Safe Driving with Age Scheme (SAGE) Durham County Council and Hartlepool Borough Council This procurement exercise is for the implementation of a Framework Agreement for the Delivery for Safe Driving with Age Scheme (SAGE) on behalf of Durham County Council and Hartlepool Borough Council (The Council). The main users of the Framework Agreement will be Hartlepool Borough Council, Technical Services Division, Regeneration and Neighbourhoods and Durham County Council Road Safety Section, Technical Services part of the Neighbourhood Services Directorate however the Framework will be available for use by other Associated and Public Sector Bodies via the Road Safety Sections of both Councils. Therefore the Council is looking to seek approved qualified driver trainers for the delivery of Safe Driving with Age Scheme. The Council intends to enter into a Framework Agreement for Services. The method according to which services under this Framework Agreement will be allocated will be confirmed and set out in detail further within this Invitation to Tender document. Each bidder is required to put forward a Key Person (individual) who will be the deliverer of this course. This Call off for services will be on an 'as and when' required basis, there is no guarantee given as to the amount of business the successful contractor/s can expect to receive.
