Framework Agreement for Ground-mounted Solar Photovoltaic Equipment Programmes

Tender description

Northumberland County Council ('the Council') is seeking to appoint suitably qualified contractors to design, supply, install and maintain ground mounted solar photovoltaic (PV) panels to a wide range of sites located within the boundaries of the Local Authorities listed in Section I.2. The Framework Agreement ('the Agreement') is also designed to be used by other Local Authorities and Public Bodies as listed in Section I.2. Northumberland County Council is likely to appoint four contractors to the Framework Agreement. Generally any 'call-off' contracts from the framework will include the project management, programming, customer liaison, design, supply, installation and maintenance of ground mounted solar (PV) panels.
