Tender description

The Council is seeking proposals for a long leasehold interest (up to 250 years) of Ealing Town Hall. The building is Grade 2 listed and will require sensitive refurbishment and has potential for partial redevelopment. The Council will retain part of the building for civic uses – council meetings, marriages etc. Proposals should be for uses that are suitable town centre uses and complement the regeneration of Ealing Town Centre. Proposed uses should enable the continuation of public access to the building and the continuation of meeting and event space available for commercial and community hire. Developers will be required to refurbish the Council retained part to the Council’s specification and lease it back to the Council. Keywords: Works Design&Execution
