CTP751 Provision and Analysis of Secondary School Emotional Health Surveys

Tender description

Derbyshire County Council seeks to engage a specialist research and survey organisation to conduct surveys, with all Year 8 pupils within Derbyshire (excluding Derby City) for 4 academic years from 2016-2019 and to conduct a Tracking Survey of the 2015/2016 Year 8 cohort in Years 9, 10 and 11. The surveys will assess the Emotional Health and wellbeing of young people along with associative Risk Taking Behaviours and will use a predetermined questionnaire with the option to add additional questions where necessary. The Council has identified forty-six secondary Schools within Derbyshire and an additional number of young people educated at home who should be contacted and encouraged to take part and complete the survey. The results of the surveys will be analysed and shared with Schools and localities to show key trends and to assist in identifying areas requiring intervention.
