British Holocaust Survivor and Bergen-Belsen Liberator Testimonies

Tender description

In January 2015 the Prime Minister announced he was accepting in full the recommendations of the Prime Minister's Holocaust Commission. The recommendation included a programme to record and preserve the testimony of British Holocaust survivors and camp liberators. In order to take this work forward, the Prime Minister has created the United Kingdom Holocaust Memorial Foundation (UKHMF) as an arms's length body of the Department for Communities and Local Government(DCLG). On behalf of the UKHMF and funded by DCLG a Contract was awarded to capture and preserve the testimony of British Holocaust survivors and concentration camp liberators.
