BN17 7HT Flats, Nos; Blocks 1&3, 13&15, 17&19, 29&31, 33 to 39, 41 to 47, 2 to 8, 10&12, 22&24, 26 to 32, 34&36, 46&48, 50 to 56. House Nos; 5, 21, 25, 55, 16, 40, 58, 68, 76, 78, 88, 90 & 98. Replacement roofs and roofline (fascias, soffits & guttering) at the scheduled addresses. (Area 2) Byron Road, Littlehampton, BN16 2NZ Flats Nos: 10to12, 17to19 & 21to23 Bungalow 14 Replacement roofline (fascias, soffits & guttering) at the scheduled addresses. (Area 3) Allangate Drive, Rustington, BN16 3JE Flats, Nos; Blocks 22to32 & Block 34to44 Replacement roofs and roofline (fascias, soffits & guttering) at the scheduled addresses. THE WORKS Replacement roofs and roofline (fascias, soffits and guttering) at the scheduled addresses in AREA 1 Replacement roofline only (fascias, soffits and guttering) at the scheduled addresses in AREA 2 & AREA 3. LENGTH OF CONTRACT The contract period shall be as stated in the Conditions of Contract; the work is intended to be completed within 100 days from commencement on site.
