Tender description
The Council has secured funding from the Central Government’s New Homes Bonus (NHB) to implement a number of interventions in the northern part of Sutton Town Centre. The Council is looking to appoint suitable consultants/ consortium of consultants to undertake designing of the interventions to revitalise the Northern end of the Sutton High street. The Council recognises that because of the complex nature of the project, the Council may need to appoint a multi-disciplinary consortium of consultancy teams or a single consultancy team that can provide all the elements of the project.
