Tender description

The Trust seeks to appoint an external agency to carry out a focused review of specific elements of its governance arrangements. The work will be commissioned by the Trust, with input from Monitor and the CQC who will be joint recipients of the draft and final reports. The review will be conducted in partnership with the CQC. The review will look at leadership and governance arrangements at the Trust and at the performance of HR and related functions at the Trust.
