Tender description

The Maritime Training Acquisition Organisation (MTAO) has a requirement for the development, design and provision of a SMERAS Training system for the Royal Navy. The building housing the training system will be procured under a separate contract under the DIO (Defence Infrastructure Organisation) Next Generation Estates Contracts Framework (NGEC). The system shall be able to train individuals and teams in the knowledge, skills and attitudes required to prepare them to undertake any of the Escape, Rescue, Abandonment and survival activities from a Disabled Submarine. The training solution is to be fully supported by appropriate courseware and instructor guides.
