Tender description

The contractor is required to provide costs for the alteration and installation of additional surface water drainage and repairs to the damaged surface of the estate service road, and the introduction of 40mm weep holes to a section of boundary wall with in a designated area of the estate in Ramillies Close. Which is owned by the London Borough of Lambeth. All works will be as detailed within the attached schedule of works, and costs submission will carry a weighting of 50%. There is also a need to complete a Questionnaire, which will be used to score the Tenders, and this will carry a weighting of 50%.
