Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council (BwDBC) is looking to award a Contract for the supply of Organised Crime Prevention and Intervention Support. The project is looking to commission support for those: At risk of becoming involved in organised crime. vulnerable to engagement in organised crime vulnerable to exploitation by organised crime groups This provision is for both Young People and Adults. The contract will be split into lots based on geographical area to include Blackburn with Darwen, Burnley, Pendle and Hyndburn and Preston.
