Tender description

Emh group requires 1 contractor to maintain and replace (as required), its circa 400 door entry systems inits residential schemes throughout the East Midlands. A 24/7 call out facility is required. Current systemsare a wide variety of manufactures including some now obsolete. Replacements will be GDX 5 system andappropriate accreditation is required. A minor facility is maintenance/installation of CCTV systems. The contract will be a JCT Measured Terms 2011 - for 4 years with the option for a further 2 years
