Durham County Council is looking into a potential procurement exercise for 'Supervised Contact'. The authority has a statutory responsibility under Section 34 of the Children Act 1989 to promote contact between children and their parents and relevant others. To support this, we would like to gain information from the market regarding a number of issues related to the potential procurement exercise.
