Contract Title: DR4976 Whitechapel Energy and Services Masterplan The London Borough of Tower Hamlets (LBTH) is seeking expressions of interest from interested organisations for the above services and / or goods. Description: The purpose of this work is to establish an Energy and Servies Masterplan (ESMP) based on decentralised energy (DE) serving the Whitechapel Vision area as defined by the Whitechapel Vision SPD (http://www.towerhamlets.gov.uk/lgsl/451-500/494_th_planning_guidance/consultati on_and_engagement/draft_whitechapel_vision_spd.aspx) The ESMP shall determine the extent of a DE system that has the potential to supply market competitive, low carbon energy to new developments and existing properties. The ESMP shall also identify impacts and recommendations for the water, electricity, drainage and communications infrastructure in the area. The anticipated contract start date is: Monday, 04 January 2016 The estimated value of the contract is: Up to £35,000 Total Cost For a period of: 12 weeks Organisations wishing to express their interest are requested to register on the London Tenders Portal (www.londontenders.org) where the tender documentation will be available for download. You may be required to complete a Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ). Organisations must ensure that access to the system is available to their representatives dealing with the contract. The council will not be liable for the lack of delegated access within the organisation and will not send any documentation regarding the contract, which shall be exclusively available through the portal. Tenderers are responsible for allowing sufficient time to submit their ITTPQQ. The Council accepts no liability whatsoever for ITT/PQQs that are not submitted due to internet connectivity issues, transmission delays or errors.
