Tender description
South Ham's District Council currently collects approximately 9600 tonnes per annum of mixed garden/food and card waste. This waste requires composting to PAS 100 standards or equivalent from April 2017, for a period of twelve months only , after which time the above waste types will be collected separately by South Hams District Council and the composting or processing of which will transfer to others, who have a contract with DCC to compost or process the Authority's Garden Waste or Food waste.
