Tender description

Central Bedfordshire Council wishes to receive expressions of interest for provision of a fully managed cleaning service. The portfolio consists of approximately 40 buildings, which include a mix of the following uses : Council corporate offices Health Centres (including minor procedures operating rooms, dentistry) Public reception areas Education centres Day centres Residential homes The tender will include a framework for services to be provided to schools, colleges and other organisations /establishments. The contract is targeted to commence March 2015 The contract length will 3 years with an option to extend by a further a 1 year after a contract review Any questions relating to the tender please send these in via the correspondence facility on In-Tend.
