Lancaster University is seeking to appoint an established caterer to provide high quality, freshly prepared food, drinks and snacks for staff and visitors, linked to ERDF funded projects at Lancaster University. The successful supplier will be appointed appointed onto a framework which will last for a maximum of 4 years, subject to satisfactory performace and yearly annual review meetings. This tender is subject to EU procurement regulations, open procedure and is being conducted electronically using Lancaster University e-tendering system, which can be found at https://in-tendhost.co.uk/lancaster/ Lancaster University reserves the right not to award a contract following this tender, nor does it bind itself to accept the lowest price or any quotation. The University reserves the right to terminate the contract in the event of continued unsatisfactory performance.
