Tender description
A comprehensive works and individual trade work for capital projects. The Framework will be broken down into two Lots: Lot One – Works over £500K All work will be awarded following further competition in line with the published specification and evaluation documentation. The Contractor will be responsible for all aspects of the works with a given project. Lot Two – Works under £500K All work will be awarded following further competition in line with the published specification and evaluation documentation. The Contractor will be responsible for all specified requirements within the further competition documentation. Lot Two will be split as follows; • Joinery General Building (Lot 2a) • Mechanical (Lot 2b) • Electrical (Lot 2c) Keywords: Capital Development
