a licensed waste carrier to provide the following to Brixham Harbour: a) a suite of appropriate waste disposal containers; b) a Compactor to reduce bulk of waste; c) a Waste Removal and Recycling Service. The Authority’s aims are to: a) Achieve tangible cost savings; b) Increase recycling in order to help meet the Authority’s targets; c) Minimise the environmental impacts of the waste.
