Approved Provider List for Therapeutic Services (Yorkshire & Humber Adoption Consortium)

Tender description

North Yorkshire County Council (the Council) is acting on behalf of the Yorkshire and Humber Adoption Consortium (the Consortium) to implement an Approved Provider List (APL) for the provision of Therapeutic Support Services. The Approved List will run in 2 phases: Phase 1 - establishment of the approved list, this phase will have a deadline for return of submissions. Service providers have the option to return within this deadline (14th December 2015, 12 Noon). Phase 2 - Live Approved Provider List, once the list is established, the application process will re-open and any service providers will have the opportunity to submit an application at any time up until the end date of 31st March 2021. There will be no limit on the number of services providers who wish to apply for this APL. All service providers who meet the minimum criteria will be appointed onto the APL.The Approved Provider List will go live from 01 April 2016 and operate for a period of 5 years. Please note we are running this procurement under the Light Touch Regime Regulations.
