Supply of Catering Equipment for Horse Racing Ireland

Tender description

Horse Racing Ireland (HRI) is looking to engage in a competitive process to implement a single party framework agreement for the supply delivery installation and commissioning of catering equipment for a four year term. The initial contract for Catering Equipment will be for Fairyhouse Racecourse. Please see the tender document which describes the initial requirements. Please note: HRI currently has no plans for expenditure beyond the initial contract and provides no guarantee to any future expenditure beyond the initial contract. During the lifetime of the framework should HRI have the requirements for the supply, delivery and installation of catering equipment at any of its four race courses, the conditions outlined in section 1.3 of this document may be engaged. It is emphasised that a framework agreement constitutes no guarantee to purchase a specific quantity of supplies from a particular economic operator. ServeQuip Kitchen Systems, A1 Cherry Orchard Industrial Estate, Dublin 10, are the successful candidate in line with the published award criteria.
