This is a contract variation and extension to the original contract, details of which can be found at the following link: https://data.gov.uk/data/contracts-finder-archive/contract/1466041/ The purpose of this contract is for the supplier to evaluate, robustly assess and build a strong evidence base on the effectiveness of social action interventions on older people. The ‘Awarded Value’ is the value of the original awarded contract. The ‘Actual Value’ is the value that now includes the extension/variation.
