KMCCHP-001 - Provision of Drug & Alcohol Prevention & Treatment Services for Young People

Tender description

The Council of the Borough of Kirklees (the Council) is conducting the procurement using the open procedure in accordance with the requirements of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (SI 2015/102), and has invited Tenders from Service Providers with relevant experience and ability to demonstrate sufficient capacity for the provision of drug and alcohol prevention and treatment services for young people in Kirklees as described in the Council's Services Specification (the Services). The new Service will cover young people up to age eighteen (18) years of age: 1. Specialist Intervention Services (for those needing Tier 3 type interventions); 2. Targeted Interventions (for those who are at an at risk stage and require Tier 2 type interventions); 3. Prevention and Early Interventions (to reduce risky behaviour); 4.
