IWA Angel Lapel Pin Supply 2015

The Irish Wheelchair Association intends to go out to the market place in Q2 of 2015 for Supply Lapel Angel pins. Total amount required: 4 designs x 37,500 = 150,000 pins in total Details: Printed pin badge with metal border & butterfly clutch Pin must be packed in an individual poly bag with a backing card (cloud shaped) with printed front (full colour one sided) Period of Contract: 1 year with a possibility of extending should all terms be met The supplier must be able to supply IWA with a completed sample by the closing date of the tender using the artwork in the tender document. Pin size: 28mm high approx. Size of Cloud Packaging: 72 x 67mm Sample of supplied artwork must be supplied before closing date 11th May 2015 to: Procurement Office, Irish Wheelchair Association, Blackheath Drive, Clontarf, Dublin 3. Tender proposal must be submitted online, hard copies will not be accepted. Packaging: Individual packs must be packed in packs of 50 (mixed design) Delivery: Supplier must be able to guarantee a single delivery of complete order (150,000 lapel pins) required onsite no later than Friday 11th September 2015
