Gloucestershire Self Harm Help Line Service

Tender description

To provide a person to person phone helpline, online chat, and text messaging support and a self help service to include a dedicated Gloucestershire branded website, providing online web based information and advice. The outcome is to reduce incidents of service user intent, or acts, of self harming and/or suicide, by promoting and increasing awareness of the service including to the wider community in the county, beyond the current high contacts received from Gloucester. We expect potential contractors to meet a number of minimum standards; these are detailed in the ITT.
