North Lincolnshire Council is leading the procurement for a Framework Contract for the Provision of a Local Taxation & Benefits Annual, Monthly & Daily Billing /Printing/ Postage on behalf of North and North East Lincolnshire Council. North & North East Lincolnshire Councils operate a shared service for the processing of Local Taxation & Benefits to the population of the two council areas. To improve efficiency and increase value for money North and North East Lincolnshire Councils are seeking a single tenderer to provide a data processing service to the Local Taxation and Benefit Shared Service.
