Tender description
Where there is a real uncertainty or dispute about the parentage of a child the court may require a DNA test to be undertaken to establish as far as possible the identity of the parent so that appropriate decisions can be made about the child's living arrangements. The Authority is seeking to appoint a Contractor for the provision of DNA testing services to establish paternity in Private Law cases ordered by the Courts.
