Tender description

Demolition of the former The Exchange offices, Blackburn; comprising of demolition of the buildings, grubbing-up of foundations and disused services, removal of asbestos, filling of void and raising levels to that of perimeter of site with compacted crushed fill. Removal of waste and debris from site to licensed tip or where possible recycling. Finishing of the site with a macadam surface laid to falls. Rebuilding of adjacent partywall in masonry construction with walls formed off new and existing foundations.
