Contract for delivering volunteer training in historical/documentary research

As part of the Heritage Lottery Funded, Headlands to Headspace Landscape Partnership Scheme, Morecambe Bay Partnership wishes to appoint a consultant to continue with the support and delivery of volunteer training and the production of desk-basked assessments for heritage sites around Morecambe Bay. Following the successful development and initial delivery of community training in during Spring/Summer 2015, the contractor will provide expert input into training to ensure that: Community participants acquire the necessary skills and knowledge required to undertake documentary research of cultural heritage sites, produce reports and disseminate the results Pre-defined sites have a comprehensive archaeological and historical backgrounds researched and documented, in the format of fully illustrated desk-based assessment reports.
