Tender description

In order to continue our development, maintenance, scheme assessment and development assessment over the next 2-4 year period, the Authority will require external modelling support. The Transport Modelling Support Contract will cover, but may not be limited to, three key areas of: 1: S-Paramics Micro-simulation model development, maintenance and support to ensure the Authority has the necessary tools to undertake assessments and maintain the MRF business; 2: Local Plan and other Development Planning S-Paramics micro-simulation modelling; and 3: S-Paramics micro-simulation modelling to support transport scheme appraisal, testing and analysis to support Major Scheme Business Case development.
