Tender description

Electricity and gas supply contracts for an initial three year term for the period commencing 01 April 2016 and 01 October 2016 respectively. Please note that this tender is being run as a COMPETITIVE PROCEDURE WITH NEGOTIATION in order to ensure that the requirements of Statutory Instruments 2015 No. 102: Public Procurement (The Public Contracts Regulations 2015) are met and the University of East Anglia's contractual needs are met. The absence of the relevant template for such a procedure has necessitated the choice of the Competitive Dialogue option on the MyTenders system.
