Supply of an Appraisal and Revalidation Administration System

Tender description

We are looking for a web application that caters for the following stakeholders: Doctor: Provides a platform for populating an appraisal portfolio, securely storing supporting information, checking progress, sending information to their appraiser, administering a MSF, and making the mandatory probity declaration. Appraiser: Appraiser, who are also appraisees, need to be able to review their appraiser’s progress and portfolios, sign off the appraisal and PDP, and make the mandatory probity declarations. Administrators: administrators need access to all portfolios, with the ability to correct mistakes and view progress and documentation. Administrators should also be able to add Help documents, produce ad-hoc reports, and reports required by the GMC and NHS England. Further to the above, the system must be updated to meet any future requirements placed upon Designated Bodies and Responsible Officers. 4 year contract
