RSSB are seeking independent advice on how to best add value to the rail industry and support effective understanding and management of the rail system and its interfaces. The successful supplier needs a detailed understanding of the GB Rail industry, calling on multiple skill sets to understand how the rail industry works as a system and the issues involved in managing this as a system. The successful supplier will also be able to present conclusions in a simple and compelling way for different rail stakeholders. The requirement does not involve primary research or stakeholder engagement. Suppliers are invited to a clarification of scope workshop virtual meeting from 09:00-10:00.
