Tender description

The objective of this RFT was to invite proposals from suitably qualified service providers to provide Audio Visual Services to The Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland. Numbers of tenders received: 6 Name and address of company awarded the contract: AVS Audio Visual Services Ltd of 2 Richmond Road Industrial Estate, Richmond Road, Drumcondra, Dublin 3 and with company registration number 120547 Date of contract award: 11/08/2015 The contract will terminate on 10/08/2016 with an option to extend the term for periods of up to 12 months with a maximum of two such extensions depending on budget availability and performance. Value of contract: Estimated total value is €90,000 Award criteria and weightings: The contract was awarded from the qualifying tenders on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender using the following award: 1. Range and depth of previous relevant experience (Maximum 30; Minimum 21); 2. Quality and level of resources to be applied, and methodology to meeting requirements (Maximum 20; Minimum 14); 3.Cost (50).
