The following notice is a PIN notice only and is being placed to alert providers of a potential up-coming procurement exercise. The NHS Berkshire West Clinical Commissioning Group Federation is considering its options for commissioning Minor Operations services. Specifically, the federation intend to commission a service which provides effective, safe and timely minor surgery for patients in relation to removal of benign lesions, infected cysts and toe surgery in a community setting. Currently the contract value stands at £133,000 per annum. The CCGs covered by this PIN are: Newbury and District CCG, North & West Reading CCG, South Reading CCG, and Wokingham CCG.
