Tender description

The objective of this Invitation to Tender was to invite organisations to submit proposals for managing the storage, distribution and stock control of SEAI’s publications and public display materials. Numbers of tenders received: 4 Name and address of company awarded the contract: Xpando Media (Ireland) Ltd t/a Innerworkings of Railway House, The Waterways, Sallins, Co Kildare and with CRO number 347516 Date of contract award: 25/09/2015 The contract will terminate on 24/09/2016 with an option to extend the term for periods of up to 12 months with a maximum of two such extensions depending on budget availability and performance. Value of contract: Estimated total value is €180,000 Award criteria and weightings: The contract was awarded from the qualifying tenders on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender using the following award: 1. Range and depth of previous relevant experience and Quality and level of resources to be applied, and methodology to meeting requirements (Maximum 25; Minimum 19); 2. Demonstrated ability to meet the requirements incorporating best practice, including environmental management and quality standards, and proposed approach to meeting the requirements (Maximum 25; Minimum 19); 3.Cost (50).
