Tender description

The Council is inviting Bidders to request to participate by completing the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) in connection with a competitive procurement with negotiation, conducted under the Public Contract Regulations 2015, for a single contractor for the provision of a Legal Case Management System including implementation, training, system support & maintenance and ongoing development of the system and on a non-exclusive basis, as called off, additional functionality that maybe required over the term of contract. Further information about the requirements and undertakings of the contract may be found in the associated ITT documents published with this PQQ. PLEASE DO NOT COMPLTE THE ITT DOCUMENTS UNLESS YOU ARE INVITED / SHORTLISTED BY THE COUNCIL, FOLLOWING THE ASSESSMENT OF THE PQQ RESPONSES. AT THIS STAGE, THE ITT DOCUMENTS HAVE BEEN PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION ONLY. The contract duration is for an initial term of 3 years commencing on the anticipated Go Live date of the 1st August 2016 with the option to extend for up to a further 2+1+1+1+1+1 years.
