Tender description
Ipswich Borough Council requires QS Services for one of its key front line services, Maintenance and Contracts. Maintenance and Contracts undertake repairs and maintenance to the Council’s 8,100 retained housing stock. The Service directly employs in excess of one hundred staff. It is envisaged that the successful consultancy will need to provide only one member of staff, who will be able to work at Gipping House full time to ensure good communication is maintained with internal teams. The individual selected would ideally be a member of a relevant professional body. The contract is for 6 months.
