DUD - Consultancy Services for a District Energy Study

Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council wish to investigate the potential for District Heating (DH) within the borough. Dudley MBC is seeking to appoint a single provider with appropriate professional competencies, experience and competitive pricing to complete the necessary heat mapping, master-planning and feasibility work. A break-point has been built into the Contract between the heat mapping /master-planning stages of the project, and the completion of detailed feasibility work. The overall purpose of the project is to identify and prioritise opportunities for District Heating, which will ultimately make available cheaper / low-carbon forms of heating (and cooling) for the Local Authority, businesses and residents.
