Tender description
The Contracting Authority currently has a number of contracts in place for the provision of statutory maintenance services. These maintenance contracts cover a number of specialisms, across various locations within the Contracting Authority's estate. The existing contracts are now due to expire so the Contracting Authority is undertaking a tender exercise to appoint a provider(s) who will provide these required maintenance services from April 2016. The contract has been split into lots. Tenderer's can bid for any amount of lots, or any single individual lot. Each lot will be evaluated in it's own right. Tenderer's should ensure they read the specifications for each individual lot carefully, to ensure they are fully aware of any access restrictions for any particular sites or locations.
